Warranty Policy
Here's exactly what is covered, what isn't, and how to file a claim.
How long coverage lasts
Coverage starts at delivery, not at payment. The date your coverage ends is shown on your order page in your dashboard, under Warranty. Unlike most resellers, who only guarantee an order works on day one, coverage continues after delivery.
What's covered
Login credentials that stop working, an account or upgrade that gets removed or downgraded, access that's interrupted through no fault of your own: any of these, at any point during your plan's term, gets fixed or replaced at no extra cost.
What's not covered
The warranty covers the access we delivered, not misuse of it. It doesn't cover: changes you make to the account's own security settings that lock out the intended use, sharing access beyond what the plan's format allows, issues caused by your own device or network, or a request to switch to a different plan or duration (that's a new order, not a warranty claim). If you're ever unsure whether something qualifies, contact us. We'd rather look at the specific case than have you guess.
How to file a claim
Message us on Discord, Telegram, WhatsApp, or support@adlet.gg with your order number and a short description of what's happening. We check it against your order and warranty status, usually a quick lookup, not a lengthy process, and issue a fix or replacement directly.
How fast to expect a response
Warranty claims are handled as support tickets. We check each one against your order and warranty status, and follow up in the ticket until it's resolved. If a claim needs more than a straightforward fix or replacement, we'll tell you what to expect.
If we can't fix or replace it
On the rare occasion we can't resolve a valid claim through a fix or replacement, it's handled under our Refund Policy instead.
