Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By placing an order or otherwise using AdletMayer's services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service description

AdletMayer is an independent reseller of premium digital subscriptions (including Spotify, YouTube and Netflix plans) and, separately, of League of Legends items. AdletMayer is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the underlying service providers, including Riot Games. "League of Legends" and "Riot Games" are trademarks or registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc.

3. Orders and delivery

Orders are typically delivered within the timeframe stated on the relevant product page after payment is confirmed. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary during high-demand periods.

4. Payment

Payment is required in full before an order is delivered. We accept the payment methods listed on our Contact page. Manual payment methods are confirmed by our team before an order proceeds to delivery.

5. Warranty and refunds

Each plan includes a replacement warranty for its stated duration, covering login or access issues not caused by the customer. If we cannot deliver an order, or cannot fix or replace it under warranty after verifying the issue, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, except as set out in section 6 for subscriptions the service provider cancels or restricts. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute is not a substitute for contacting us first: please reach out to support@adlet.gg so we can resolve the issue directly, since a dispute can pause or reverse a delivery we would otherwise be able to fix immediately. A chargeback filed for an order that was delivered and used as warranted is treated as a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

6. Subscription services policy

Some subscription services (such as Spotify, YouTube and Netflix, and others) have their own Terms of Service regarding regional availability and account usage.

By purchasing any subscription, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • The subscription is provided and activated successfully at the time of delivery.
  • The service provider may suspend, cancel, or modify the subscription at any time if they determine that their Terms of Service have been violated.
  • Such actions are entirely controlled by the service provider and are outside of our control.

Because of this, we do not guarantee that a subscription will remain active for any specific period if it is canceled, revoked, or restricted by the service provider due to their own policies. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Region or country restrictions.
  • Changes to the provider's Terms of Service.
  • Detection of unusual account activity.
  • Payment verification or billing policy changes.
  • Any enforcement actions taken by the service provider.

Refunds are not provided for subscriptions that are canceled or restricted by the service provider under their own Terms of Service after successful delivery. Replacements are.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use AdletMayer's services for any unlawful purpose, to resell delivered accounts in violation of the originating platform's terms, or to attempt to defraud AdletMayer or its customers.

8. Limitation of liability

AdletMayer's liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of a delivered subscription.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
