When you create an account, place an order, or open a support ticket, we collect information such as your email address, contact details you provide (Discord/Telegram/WhatsApp handle), order history, and any screenshots or messages you submit to support.
We use this information to process orders, deliver purchased subscriptions, provide support, enforce warranty terms, and communicate with you about your account or orders.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data with payment processors solely to complete transactions, and with service providers strictly to operate the platform: hosting and email delivery, PostHog (product analytics: page views, device, and approximate location, used to understand and improve the site), and Discord (used internally to alert our team to new orders and support requests, which may include your email and order details in a private staff channel). Our team may also use Anthropic's API for internal business reporting. This only ever processes aggregated store metrics such as revenue and order counts, never individual customer records.
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections, hashed passwords, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we encourage you to use a strong, unique password.
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your session, plus analytics cookies (via PostHog) to understand how visitors use the site. We do not use third-party advertising trackers. You can block or delete cookies at any time through your browser's privacy settings.
