Refund Policy
Straightforward, in full, to your original payment method. Here's exactly when and how.
When you're entitled to a refund
If we can't deliver your order, or we can't fix or replace it under our Warranty Policy after verifying the issue, we refund you in full to your original payment method. That's it: no store credit substitution, no partial-refund runaround.
How we verify a refund request
We check the request against your order and warranty status before approving it. This isn't a hurdle designed to slow things down. It's what lets us approve real refunds quickly instead of making every customer wait out a generic review period.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued directly by our team through the original payment provider, to the same payment method the order was placed with. Processing time after approval depends on that provider. Most complete within a few business days.
Talk to us before filing a chargeback
If something's wrong with an order, message support before going to your bank or payment provider. Most issues get fixed within minutes once we can see the order, genuinely faster than a chargeback, which can take weeks and pauses everything in the meantime. A chargeback filed for an order that was actually delivered and used as warranted is treated as a breach of our Terms of Service and may result in the account being suspended, so it's the slower, worse option for a real issue we could otherwise just fix.
What refunds don't cover
A change of mind after an order has already been delivered and used isn't a refund case. Nor is a subscription that the service provider cancels or restricts under its own Terms of Service after successful delivery: that is a replacement case, not a refund (see section 6 of our Terms of Service). See our Warranty Policy for what is covered. If you're not sure which applies to your situation, just ask; we'd rather clarify upfront than leave you guessing.
