What we do
AdletMayer is an independent reseller of premium Spotify, YouTube and Netflix access. We're not affiliated with those platforms. We buy and provision access through legitimate channels and pass it on at a lower cost than buying direct, backed by support and a warranty that most resellers don't bother offering. Separately, we also sell League of Legends items, gifted directly to your own Riot account. We're not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Riot Games either.
Why the warranty is the whole point
Most resellers in this space stop caring at delivery. If access breaks a few weeks later, you're on your own. We wanted an order to stay covered after it arrives, so every order falls under a written Warranty Policy and stays open in a support ticket. That decision shapes how we operate: support runs through channels where you reach a person, not a contact form that goes nowhere.
Real people, not a ticket queue
Support runs through Discord, Telegram, WhatsApp, and email, channels where you're talking to someone who can actually look at your order and fix it, not a bot reading from a script. Reaching someone quickly matters, because a warranty is only worth something if you can get to it.
We tell you the risk, not just the upside
Buying access through a reseller like us technically falls outside the underlying platforms' own terms of service, the same as it does with any third-party reseller. Accounts and upgrades are rarely flagged in practice, but it's not a risk-free guarantee, and we'd rather say that plainly than let you find out the hard way. If an order is ever interrupted for this reason, it's covered by the same replacement warranty as any other issue.
