Enter your email (or log in if you already have an account), confirm payment, and place the order. Delivery follows within 15 minutes for most orders. You don't need an account to order. Checking out with just an email works fully. After your order is placed, you'll get the option to set a password and turn that into a full account (with a discount on your next order), but it's entirely optional. Either way, your order confirmation email and order page link work as your record of the purchase.
Checkout currently runs through PayPal, handled entirely on PayPal's own secure page. We never see or store your card or bank details. We're finalizing additional payment methods and will add them to checkout once they're ready. See our Trust Center for how we handle payment security.
Every plan is covered for its full term, not just at delivery. If access stops working at any point, message support with your order number and we'll fix or replace it. Most claims are resolved in the same conversation. Full details, including what's not covered, are in our Warranty Policy.
If we can't deliver your order, or can't fix or replace it under warranty after checking, you get a full refund to your original payment method. Message support first rather than filing a chargeback. It's faster and keeps your account in good standing. Full terms are in our Refund Policy.
Spotify and Netflix arrive as private, full-access accounts. YouTube Music Premium is applied as an upgrade to your own Google account, so you'll be asked for that account after checkout. Either way, delivery details go to the contact channel you chose (Discord, Telegram, WhatsApp, or email), plus a confirmation email. See the Delivery Policy for full timing.
