What to expect between placing an order and having access in hand.
The vast majority of orders are delivered within 15 minutes of payment confirmation, 24 hours a day. During rare high-demand periods it can take up to an hour, and if that happens on your order, we'll keep you updated in real time rather than leave you wondering.
You'll get your login details or upgrade confirmation directly through whichever contact channel you chose at checkout (Discord, Telegram, WhatsApp, or email), plus a confirmation email either way, so there's always a written record you can refer back to.
These are delivered as private, full-access accounts or profiles. Nothing shared with anyone else. You get complete access to the account for the length of your plan.
This is delivered as a direct upgrade applied to your own existing Google account, rather than a separate account being handed over. You'll be asked for the Google account you want upgraded through your chosen contact channel after checkout.
If your order is delayed well past the stated window, or delivery fails outright, that's covered: reach out and we'll resolve it. See our Warranty Policy for what happens after delivery, and our Refund Policy for the rare case delivery can't happen at all.
